Updated Certificate of Insurance
Insurance for the Autumn Lakes Condominium and Autumn Lakes Associations have been renewed for 2024-2025.
As part of the renewal we were able to resolve the recent issue with FNMA about the water damage deductible by adding an aggregate limit of $3,000,000. This keeps our potential water damage deductibles within the 5% of income limit recently enacted by FNMA.
This COI includes the recently increased $800,000 coverage for the fidelity bond as required for Autumn Lakes
to be certified for FHA loans.
