Welcome to Autumn Lakes subdivision
Autumn Lakes is in the City of Maryland Heights, a suburb of St. Louis, MO. It is made up of 294 condominiums
and 18 single family houses. It is home for 312 families.
We are located in the southeastern quadrant where Highways 70 and 270 meet, and our entrance is off McKelvey Road, just east of Highway 270.
Autumn Lakes was developed from a golf course in the 1980s. It is endowed with a natural environment with many trees and gently rolling hills. The creek running through the complex connects two spring-fed lakes and a wetlands, which are centered in an area of green grassy slopes. Our complex of approximately 64 acres contains over 44 acres of common ground.
The lakes, which are stocked with fish, are fished throughout the spring, summer, and fall by residents. Fountains are located in the two lakes and provide aeration to improve water quality. The lakes are carefully monitored to maintain quality.
Maintaining and improving our community are the result of the combined effort of our management company, the Autumn Lakes Association, and an energetic and dedicated group of residents who care enough to want the very best.
